Nice waiting area. Friendly staff, easy parking.
Put the price of food up a bit so you can make some money for St Lukes (80p for some too cheap for 'outsiders').

The speed in which everything was completed. Down ordering the equipment to arrive the next day. Phone calls to reassure and see if a visit was required. The OT team, the crisis team and Julie Hicks our nurse. All have been fantastic and faultless.

Carolyn is totally focused on me and how best to enable me to help myself, she listens, thinks, feels, mulls things over, asks questions for clarity for herself and me. Her body language is always open, solid, safe trustworthy. Her professionalism is outstanding as is her knowledge and expertise in her field. She is exceptional.

Adrian Frost and I got along very well indeed. No problems whatsoever. Except he's a rugby fan and I am a football fan! Therefore we dashed on that subject! Joking apart, he's great company and I'm very grateful for the time spent together.

As well as expert care and attention, the explanations of the Lymphoedema was invaluable plus, how to get information on the web. Everything was good about the care that I have received for almost a year for me, no improvement is needed on your behalf.
